Easy Mini Meatloaves Recipe

This has to be the simplest, quickest meatloaf recipe I have ever made. Not only is it quick {about 45 minutes from start to plate}, it absolutely delicious! There are sooo many different ways to customize this recipe to your family's individual taste. Enough talk...here's the recipe:

Easy Mini Meatloaves Basic Recipe


  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Combine meat, stuffing mix, and water.
  3. Spray or grease muffin tin.
  4. Ball meat mixture into 12 balls. (The size of each ball should depend on the size of your muffin tin.)
  5. Press each ball into a muffin cup.
  6. Make an indentation in each ball for sauce.
  7. Fill with sauce.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes.
  9. Top with cheese of your choice.
  10. Bake 5 more mintues.
  11. Enjoy!!

Mix ingredients well.




There are soooo many different ways to customize these meatloaves. You could add garlic powder, or Italian seasoning, chili powder, or soy sauce to the meat mixture. As for sauces...salsa, barbecue, spaghetti, pizza, or sweet and sour. The possible combinations are endless. If you make these, write back and let me know which combinations are your favorite. I like to add Italian seasoning and a hint of onion powder, colby jack cheese, and my sauce.

These freeze well too.
