The beautiful weather has inspired me to grill this week. Thankfully most of this week is to be sunny and finally warm. Although I am proficient at grilling meats, I'm learning to grill veggies as well. Throughout this week, I will be sharing some recipes for grilled vegetables. Now for my menu plan...

: Teriyaki Grilled Chicken w/ Toasted Peanut Couscous and Grilled Cauliflower

Dinner: Grilled Pineapple Ham Steaks w/ Parmesan Potato Packets & Grilled Cabbage
Dinner: Grilled Shrimp w/ Chow Mein Noodles in Black Bean Sauce & Sugar Snap Pea Stir-fry veggies.
Dinner: Pasta Night.
Dinner: Mexican Skillet Meal
Dinner: Left Over's Day
Dinner: Beef Stroganoff

Yummmm! Our temps here have been soaring into the 100s for several days, so we are grateful when we get a break and get some cooler weather! ;)

I love to grill veggies, but have never grilled cauliflower. Is there a trick, how do you do it?
